What is Amsoil? Is it for racing? If it is for racing, how can it be good for my car?

Amsoil, very simply put, is OUTSTANDING synthetic oil. It was developed for performance, and is most definitely the best oil you can put in your car, bar none. That said, it lubricates better, protects better and does not sludge up when heated to the degree your engine heats to during usage.
Amsoil also reduces heat and friction, making for a more stable, longer lasting oil. It was developed with better science and better chemical technology than conventional oil, so it is just on a level all its own. Of course, I would recommend it. You will have less maintenance costs, less work, labor, and trouble with your vehicle over the long haul.
Amsoil will improve your fuel economy as well. There are fuel efficient grades of Amsoil that save extra on fuel, in addition to the (exceptional) standard grades. I hope I helped you, thanks for your question, it is very common.
Amsoil is used frequently for various types of racing since it does provide the extra level of protection and performance that racers demand. You can demand more too.
